without the headgear this time, was strong in the betting after 8 weeks off (stable still going well) but not seen to best effect; in rear, not clear run on inner early in straight, ridden under 2f out, kept on final 1f, never on , not ideally placed; well worth another chance to get back on the up.

Plenty arrived at the top of their game and it was a competitive affair, albeit one that developed only from over 2f out, those from the rear finding it hard to get involved, including the well-backed favourite who was seeking a hat-trick, the winner one of a trio of 3-y-os and she was value for more than the winning margin following a troubled age.

WARDA JAMILA (IRE) confirmed promise of last run and was value extra after having to pick her way through; mid-field, typically travelled well, headway when had to wait for gap over 1f out, ridden when switched entering final 1f, led near line.
