confirmed promise of last run, back to his very best to take advantage of a slip in the weights; chased leader, edged ahead 3 out (usual 4 out), tackled next, battled well and all out to hold on; placed off a slightly higher mark in the past, he should at least remain competitive.

without the headgear this time, returned to form after 11 weeks off, his yard enjoying a slightly better time of it recently than when he was last seen; held up, travelled fluently, headway approaching 3 out (usual 4 out), every chance next, kept on, just failed; will benefit from return to further than 2m and is one to be interested in again.

wasted no time getting back on track returned to calmer waters, showing improved form in fact, has quickly made up into a much better chaser than he was a hurdler; mid-field, travelled well, close up approaching 3 out (usual 4 out), every chance next, kept on; likely to go well again.

back down in trip, shaped as if still in good form, going quite a lot better than the distance beaten would suggest; chased leader, went with enthusiasm, close up and still travelling well when bad mistake 3 out (usual 4 out), almost unseating his rider, weakened soon after but not persevered with once held; he may yet do better as a chaser.
